You will never be forced to buy more than you need – every time you schedule a session and check out, you will have the option to purchase only the credits needed for that session.

Cancellations
Please note that IvySage has a 12-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations made more than 12 hours before the scheduled session start time will result in a full refund of the credits for that session. No refund will be made for cancellations made less than 12 hours before a scheduled session start time.Refunds
